We absolutely love our new swim spa! Arctic Spas have been wonderful, from visiting their showroom in Parksville, the product itself, through to the delivery team. Bruce (in the showroom), Megan (office), and Paul, Sam and Eric (the delivery team/technicians) have been outstanding in their customer service. Paul’s precision with the delivery vehicle was quite something, and Eric and Sam deserve even greater praise for going above and beyond, staying late to get our pool set up after the water delivery people let us down. They did so with grace and professionalism.Which leads me to thank Marc at Red Williams for coming to the rescue when Island Water Hauling were a no show. They will now be our go-to water people in the future.All of this could not have happened as quickly without the fantastic work of Rob and his apprentice Zack at Arrowview Electric. I couldn’t recommend them enough and will also use them for any future work we have done.We have a few little follow-up things to be done, but I am confident that this will be carried out with the same above and beyond level that has been demonstrated by this company so far. We have no hesitation in recommending Arctic Spas and their products to anyone!

We were in Arctic Spa Parksville and met Sabrina (saleswoman). She was absolutely pleasant, helpful and very welcoming. we can’t say enough good about her. If you are on the fence about an Arctic spa hot tub, just do yourself a favour now and invest in this brand (and a salt water system!). You won’t regret it!

Have been a customer of Artic Spa for 7 years! Started out in Saskatchewan and moved to Vancouver Island in 2018. Brought our tub with us. We had excellent service in Saskatchewan and I can tell you the service from Bruce at Artic Spa in Parksville has been fantastic! Always available and patient with questions....always willing to help with problems. There's a spa place down the road from Artic Spa who friends of ours bought a tub from. When they were having trouble with their water they were told it could be due to frogs???? We told our friends to go to Artic Spa and they got excellent help and service from Bruce as well. If you want a quality product with excellent service and knowledgeable help....go see Bruce in Parksville! You won't be disappointed!

We ordered the Tub through Marc a few months back.Yestetday, Paul and Eric did a great job on the delivery and set- up.The entire Crew at Duncan Arctic Spa were awesome from initial order through to set up.This is our second Arctic Spa with the salt water system. No other Hot Tub like it.Simply stated.... "Well Done!"

I went in to exchange a temperature probe that i had ordered. Ryan Anderson exchanged it for one he had in his service truck. I received excellent service and technical advice from Ryan to replace the temp. probe and how to adjust the flow pressure switch. He's a nice, patient guy, with lots of knowledge.

We purchased a Yukon hot tub. When I came into the store to purchase my first time Filter change for the spa getting it ready for the fall winter hot tub, Ryan was a big help. Through that Conversation and testing at home, we determined that the Spa was not working well and need a service. Ryan came out that week and got the spa working via a warranty issue. Spaboy was not responding and the app was not updating to latest upgrades. All fixed in an afternoon. Ryan is great to work with and we are very happy he is part of the team at Arctic

Although we were extremely disappointed with the 2 month delay for delivery of our new hot tub, we were very pleased with on-site delivery/placement by Paul and the installation and customer service of Eric.

We had a recent off-island, leaking hot tub mystery and Arctic Spas was wonderful to work with to help address our problem! Ryan, in particular, was immensely helpful as we troubleshooted our issue by distance. He was a star by quickly responding to our illustrated emails and providing guidance throughout our detective work in determining the issue. Needed some help with balancing the chemicals in our Fox spa (which we absolutely love BTW). Sabrina was extremely helpful and was patient making sure I knew the process. We had drained and winterized or spa so was our first time setting it up from scratch.I remember meeting Sabrina her first week she started working a year or so ago and she has grown into quite the knowledgeable rep for Arctic Spa.

We wanted to convert our existing hot tub to a salt water tub. I spoke to Caroline at Arctic Spas, who filled me in on our options, and we chose to go with the Saltron system. As we did not have a 110v plug near the tub and didn't want to run an extension card, we chose to hard wire it to the spa pac. Sam the technician did a great job of setting it up. He was knowledgeable, personable, and did a professional installation. He then took the time to explain the chemistry of the salt water system and how to test and adjust the water. We highly recommend Artic Spa for people in the market for a hot tub or looking to switch to a salt system.

Arctic spas delivered and set up my new Timberwolf in an amazing time and was able to soak in that same evening. My partner never goes to public hot tub and I was pleasantly surprise when she stepped in the tub before me for a try. We received our new Eagle Hot SPA (Classic series) last week and have used the tub every day at times 5-6 / day. The store manager (Marc) was helpful, honest and provided us with guidance and advice prior to the delivery - especially when choosing between chlorinated tubs vs. saltwater tubs. We chose the saltwater tub and boy are we ever grateful. At delivery and installation - the delivery team of Paul and Eric was superb. These two guys were polite, well-mannered and made the delivery and installation stress free. They were careful and professional with the new tub - and you could tell they had done this a hundred times before, so nothing surprised them, and knew how to handle every little hurdle that faced them. They were a well-oiled team that got the job done well and with excellent results. Although the end of the day came by fast, however we received a very thorough technical explanation of our hot tub maintenance and use. The Arctic Spa Duncan is an excellent store and staff that provides excellent service and products. We paid a little bit more for the tub, but the outcome has been excellent. This product, store and staff are highly recommended. Thanks again to Marc, Paul and Eric. Bravo Zulu!!

Wow! We are so excited that after many years of being without a “tub” we recently purchased a previously owned Artic Spa. Yes, it is in pristine condition; with new jets, a new spa pack, new head pillows and a new cover with a side lift it came to us at a very affordable price. Imagine after all that time and Artic Spa still dedicated to their product; absolutely impressive that they maintain an older model!!!!! Needless to say, yes we are thrilled with our ARTIC FOX that was built in 2017 and that it continues to “gift” us hours of leisure and relaxation. Oh and did I mention that while we were researching ARTIC FOX prior to the purchase that Artic Spas Parskville was helpful, friendly and very supportive!!!! Thank YOU all at Parskville Store especially Sabrina BOYLE!!!!!

We were so impressed by the staff at Artic Spas Duncan. Marc was friendly and very knowledgable, he answered all our questions and gave us a deal we couldn't possibly turn down. We chose the salt water tub and so happy we did, no more heavy chlorine smells, softer water and so beautiful. The team of Paul and Eric delivered our tub with no great issues so happy for that. Eric was very professional and made sure I was comfortable with all he was telling me. But he assured me he's just a phone call away if I have any problems. Decided to buy a salt water tub from Arctic Spas and I'm so glad I did. We got the kodiak model and it's awesome! The delivery and set up went so well. Eric and Paul were so nice and very professional. Communication was great leading up to delivery, they showed up on time and even stay a bit longer to make sure all my questions were answered. We highly recommend Arctic Spas Parksville. We had a great experience and love our new Strong Spa! For a plug and play spa it is FANTASTIC! We are totally enjoying using it but also it looks great in our backyard. One of the best things about it is the ease of opening it and closing it. This lid is awesome.

One of the best qualities you can have a sales person is for your customers to say they have full trust in you and feel you operate with integrity. It is rare to find that these days, but Ryan delivered on both and I would recommend anyone using him.

Just got my new tub and couldn't be happier! Had an old tub that I just couldn't fix anymore so I went and seen Bruce in Parksville. He is great and explained every option available and showed me the benefits you get with these tubs. Second to none .the crew Paul,Sam and Eric showed up and had it installed in 2.5 hours and where a great team of guys happy at their job, it was a pleasure having them. I recommend this brand and couldn't be happier.

Excellent customer service, the spa is definitivly high quality, I had in the past Maax and beachcomber and this spa is better quality. Bruce will not over sell but give you the right information to get the right spa. I recommend this place for customer service and also for the quality of the spa.

I wanted a Hot Tub, but there were so many options. Bruce was the first I spoke to and he offered some great options and suggestions; including me doing my own research, which I did. Extensively. In the end, Arctic Spas was my best option from Price to Efficiency. I appreciated him not hard selling me, yet he was thorough with checking in. Eventually, my Hot Tub came way earlier than expected and the two technicians, Sam and Paul made installation a breeze. Unfortunately for all, there was some faulty equipment that came with my Spa, but again Tania treated my concerns with respect and quickly sent a team out to take care of it and satisfied my disappointment with a few gifts. All was made whole after my major purchase, and I honestly can't be happier right now. At this point, I am most happy with the customer service that Arctic Spas Parksville has continually provided. Thank you, now I need a soak....

Pat and I would really like to express our appreciation to Bruce, Sam, Ethan and Mark for the excellent job of setting up our new spa. We chose ARCTIC SPA for the quality of materials, finish and the SPABOY electronics that actually make it very easy to operate and keep track of water quality. Being able to monitor operating cost is a real benefit and, as you probably know, the operating cost of this spa is substantially less than others we have had over the years. We find the salt water method of operation to be far superior to previous spas as well. The water is always crystal clear even though we are on well water with a higher PH level.

Wow went in here today to have water sample done for the best hot tubs on earth and had the pleasure of meeting Bruce what a book of knowledge! Answered all our questions and gave us the best service we could ask for . If your in the market for a hot tub this is the place too go !!! Thank you Bruce

I arrived at Arctic spas in Parksville yesterday afternoon with my two sons to look at a Durosport hot tub, we were greeted warmly by the salesman Bruce, they had two models to look at one with water and one not, we were encouraged to sit in and try them out, while Bruce explained all the features, which he did well and easily to a novice like myself. He had great advice regarding hookup, wiring and leveling, I felt unrushed and taken care of the whole time I was there.It was a great experience and found exactly what I was looking for.Thanks again!

We've had our Arctic Spa hot tub for approximately 4 years and it's one of the best purchases we have ever made. The heater recently expired which caused the breaker to trip. Arctic Spas got us booked in very quickly and Ryan did an exceptional service job to get us back up and running. Last year, my family finally decided to take the leap and buy a hot tub. After much research we decided that a saltwater tub from Arctic Spas was the way to go. We have LOVED the tub, no regrets. Recently, I had to deal with thoroughly cleaning the tub on my own. I was terrified at the prospect but with Ryan's step by step support and instructions, I managed to successfully and uneventfully drain, clean and refill the tub. This is a big shout out to Ryan - Thanks so much for your patience diagnosing the problems and walking me through the whole process - with Ryan's expertise my tub is now back in business with minimal delay!

Took delivery of our Arctic Spas hot tub today and was very happy with the experience from the show room to the delivery. Our salesperson Andrew was extremely personable , knowledgeable and patient while answering all of our questions. We have a steep and difficult backyard to get the hot tub to and it was handled with skill and planning. I was considering a cheap blow up hot tub. The education I received from mark was wicked awesome. And the install guys saved me money with a little extra elbow grease to put the hot tub into place. I highly recommend this company island wide.

She has gone above and beyond in every aspect in terms of providing friendly and informative information and has demonstrated excellent follow-up services in the home. Sabrina has gone out of her way outside of her regular work hours on three separate occasions to re-explain how to maintain the tub, it’s pH levels and other tub features. We would highly recommend purchasing a hot tub from this company and utilizing the excellent services of Sabrina.

We had a snag with our crane on delivery, so our installation crew from Arctic spas unfortunately showed up for installation and were unable to do the install that day. They rebooked in short order and Eric was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful installing our new spa and troubleshooted expertly. Thanks to the wholecrew for getting us started and the support along the way!

Just received our spa so only time will tell if it's worth the huge price tag we paid, but surely it looks solid and nice.Paul and Eric really did a great job installing it and putting it in service. It looks very nice in our backyard. First dip in couple of hours once the temperature is set.

Tub tripped the breaker. Reset. Tripped again. Texted John (on the weekend!). John replied in minutes. John guessed the problem. I found the suspected short, removed faulty wiring. Currently en route to a cheap and easy fix. If the hardware store was as good as John, I'd be soaking by now. John and Arctic do it again.

My hot tub was in need of repair and Sam and Goran were able to find the solution! They are clearly dedicated to providing efficient, knowledgeable, and skilled service! Not to mention friendly and professional. Would very much recommend Artic Spas.

We have had our hot tub for about a month and love it! We learned a lot about Salt water tubs from John and Marc was very helpful on helping us pick out our hot tub. When the day of installation came, both Paul and Eric were here on time and within 2 hours had our hot tub up and running. We got to enjoy it that afternoon. We bought a Kodiac spa and couldn't be happier. The sales people (Andrew and Caroline) were welcoming and informative with no pressure. We even got to try it out before purchasing. There are things to learn with a new hot tub and the support from Tania and Andrew has been friendly, clear and concise. We are using our hot tub every day!

We just took delivery of our new Arctic Spa last week. We were well looked after from our first visit to the showroom. Eric, our installation technician, did a fabulous job of making sure we got hooked up properly, including with the wifi-enabled part of the installation - and during a major snow blizzard. He even responded - twice - well after business hours - to ensure everything was up and running as it should be. Awesome service. Dealing with Arctic Spas was a great experience!

I'm a stickler for good service. The experience we had with Arctic Spas Parksville from sales, finance/admin, installation, and post-sale follow-up were all exceptional. Bruce bookended our experience. He was the first person we met and the last person we spoke to. He's friendly and knowledgeable and is a great ambassador for the company and brand. Tania in admin/finance was flexible and helpful when it came time for arranging delivery. Eric installed the tub and covered off a bunch of the basics and was patient with my questions. The product seems great and the team that helped us through made all the difference. Super happy and highly recommend.

Purchased our hot tub 14 years ago after having researched every hot tub on Vancouver Island. We could have purchased any other tub for a considerable amount less but we felt paying the higher price for what Artic Spa offered was worth it. There have been very few days in the past 14 year that I have not used my tub. My husband has now passed and I find looking after the tub on my own is extremely easy. I use it not only for relaxation purposes but also for health issues and I absolutely love it. Bruce is probably the best customer service agent I have ever experienced. He's not only incredibly knowledgeable but very friendly and easy to talk to. Being a new arctic spa owner, I have experienced a few problems over the last few months and Bruce has been the most informative person to talk to. I specifically call on days when I know he's working as he gives clear, concise advice.

We've had our new Artic Spa saltwater tub now for just over a week and we are very happy with it. We use it at least twice a day. The installation went smooth and Eric and Paul were very careful with our new epoxy floor during the whole installation! They were professional, polite and Eric is very knowledgeable and made us feel at ease with maintaining our new tub. 5 Stars all day long!

We received our Arctic Spa just before Christmas. Due to covid related delays and then flooding in the BC interior, it was a 9 month wait but it sure is worth it. The sales service from Bruce was excellent and we can't say enough about the delivery team of Paul & Sam. They were quick getting our spa installed and did a great job of explaining the functions. They cleaned up and removed all of the packaging materials and we were in our new spa that night (thanks to an on-demand hot water heater that allowed us to have it up to temp right away). We've been enjoying the spa almost daily since the instal.

After operating the swim spa without any technical issues for years, I had to call and book a service call. Tania in Service was able to book me a service call quickly and Eric was able to quickly and professionally complete the repair. He also did a quick check on the tub and offered some helpful tips for maintenance!I continue to appreciate the support and service from Arctic Spa Duncan!

We had our Yukon tub delivered by Eric and Paul today after a long lead time, as we have a large landscaping project in progress at our home. They came in with their crane and maneuvered around the work that was in progress with no problem!Eric walked us through all aspects of setting up the tub, general maintenance and setting up the Spa Boy App.We were able to use the tub tonight after such a long wait and it is so worth it. We can't wait until the landscaping is finished so we can the full appreciation of our new lifestyle.Thank you to Dennis in the showroom for helping us choose the tub, as we changed our mind a number of times. From our first conversation with Bruce, it was obvious that he knew his products, yet he put no pressure on us. He simply presented the many facts that helped us decide, and left us to make our own decision. We have owned 3 tubs since the late '80s, and chemicals was a deal beaker. Arctic Spas became an easy decision. Our spa was delivered on time as promised, by Sam and Erik, and as I was trying to be helpful, we had some good laughs together, and the whole installation was an enjoyable experience. A minor adjustment needed for the YESS system was promptly done by Tania who took a break from her office duty for a house-call. This company has great employees and a top product.

We couldn't be happier with the product, service and delivery of our new hot tub from Arctic Spa Parksville. We checked out several different spas in our quest to purchase a tub but once we visited the showroom in Parksville, our choice was easy. We have owned a hot tub from a different manufacturer in the past and wanted to downsize the tub and reduce the maintenance. Bruce at the Parksville location was awesome in explaining and helping us make our decision. He has been wonderful with his support over the process of ordering, site planning and follow up once delivered. The delivery team (Sam and Ryan) were also fantastic - they carefully moved the tub through a couple of tight spots with care and humour and really took the time to get the tub up and running. We were able to use the tub that night! I can't stress enough about how easy this tub is to maintain. We have owned before and found that maintenance could be a real pain. This salt water system with Spa Boy is unreal. I can't recommend enough. Beautiful, clear, soft water without constant tweaking - worth every penny if you are looking for a hot tub. I would highly recommend ArcticSpas in Parksville!

Absolutely fabulous! I was “kicking tires” and called Sabrina at the Parksville location just to get some early quotes. She sent me options and information right away and followed up with a call. And while we hadn’t decided if we were even getting a swim spa at that time, she sent more options when promos changed and invited us to test out the Fisher swim spa on site. I was interested but my husband wasn’t convinced. I did a swim test at a competitor on a Friday, and we tested the Fisher swim spa the next day. My husband decided that day that we had to get one. With the jets and the swim jets tested out, we couldn’t believe how strong the swim current jets are. Far stronger than a far more expensive spa that i tested; and with variable speed and the ability to adjust the flow up or down at angles, it gave us more than we expected- if you turn them on high, they will push you across the pool so definitely good for working out swimming or walking or water running. The next decision was size- we went with the 15’ size with the lounger and we couldn’t be happier. Delivery was suddenly available due to a cancellations so We scrambled to get the electrical ready and a cement pad poured- I recommend going bigger than you think to ensure you have a comfortable amount of space around the spa. Sabrina answered my questions every step of the way while we weighed our cover options and salt water or regular chemical options; and she was patient with all of the questions we had and always had the information we needed to help on our decision. And the delivery team was amazing. Paul backed in and swung it into place with Eric hooking it up and making sure it was squared up within a millimeter then got everything running- Very conscientious about getting everything right. We love the spa and got the salt water system because it is far less maintenance and makes your skin feel great without any harsh chemicals- and less often water replacement - this was important to us being on a smaller island where water is at a premium. I just picked up our roll cover today and can’t wait to get it in place. I can’t say enough about the service from Sabrina and the team at Arctic Spa on Parksville. We are pleased with every aspect of our purchase and look forward to enjoying our swim spa year round. Thanks Sabrina and everyone at Arctic Spa Parksville!!!! Michele and Dan Scott
